Joseph A. Rowe | The first Water Hero award was given posthumously to Joseph Andrew Rowe to recognize the magnificent gift of his father’s and his own water-based library. The thousands of records reports and other documents in his gift became the cornerstone of the Joseph Andrew Rowe Water Resources Archive that is part of the WRI. |
